about The body engineer

THIS ISN’T RELAXATION. THIS IS RECOVERY WITH INTENT.

Sports massage for performance, recovery, and better everyday movement.

The Body Engineer was founded from time spent in the gym environment, observing how bodies respond to training, stress, and recovery. Patterns emerge quickly when you pay attention: overload without recovery breaks people down, and generic fixes rarely hold.

I approach sports massage with an engineer’s mindset. Assess. Apply the minimum effective input. Re-evaluate. I’m currently completing my Level 3 Sports Massage qualification, with Level 4 already booked as part of a structured development pathway.

Treatments focus on targeted soft-tissue work, evidence-based reasoning, and adapting sessions to how your body presents on the day. No routines. No guesswork. Just work that has a reason behind it.

Whether you train for Hyrox, lift, run, or simply want to move through the week without feeling tight and restricted, sessions are designed to support performance, recovery, and everyday movement—so your body keeps working, not just coping.

Every session has purpose.

Feeling good isn’t luck — it’s managed.

Recovery isn’t a luxury — it’s part of living well.

I work from a dedicated treatment room in Newtownabbey, offering a private, comfortable environment focused entirely on movement, recovery, and real results. The space is designed to be calm, professional, and practical — so treatments can be delivered properly, without distraction.
